William Wayne “Bill” Honeycutt, 77, of Ringgold passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2020 at his home. He was a life-long resident of Ringgold and was of the Baptist faith. Bill was the Owner and Operator of the Brainerd Army Store since 1972. He was a building contractor and land developer. Mr. Honeycutt loved to travel and enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William E. and Ola Mae Honeycutt.
Survivors include his loving wife of 59 years, Rena Honeycutt; sons; Tony (Kathy) Honeycutt and Terry and Kim; sister, Linda Stutz; brothers, Melvin Honeycutt and Bobby Honeycutt; grandsons, Matthew (Allison) Honeycutt, Bryce Honeycutt and Cameron Honeycutt; great-grandchildren, Wyatt and Colt Honeycutt; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be 11 AM Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Randy Hairston officiating. Interment will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South, 325 Greens Lake Road, Rossville, GA 30741.
