William “Bill” Gene Brown, Jr., 85, of Rock Spring passed away Thursday, September 20, 2018 at his home.

A graveside service will be held at 1 PM Tuesday at the East Ashland Memorial Gardens in East Ashland, Kentucky with Pastor Keith McLeod officiating.

Arrangements are by Heritage Funeral Home, Battlefield Parkway.
