Walter Walker Stack, Jr.

Walter Walker Stack, Jr., 85, of Ringgold, went home to be with the Lord Monday July 18, 2022. He was born January 30, 1937 in Salisbury, NC to the late Walter Walker Stack Sr. and Ruth McLauren Cooper Stack. Walter attended Baylor School and UTC, where he was on the wrestling team. He started his banking career with Hamilton National Bank and ended his career at Northwest Georgia Bank in Ringgold. Walter was a member of New Liberty Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 63 years, Wilma Stack.

Survivors include his son Mark W. (Angie) Stack of Chattanooga, daughter Cherie (Martin) Barker of Huntingdon, TN, and grandchildren Bailee, Brady, Noble, Harper, and Jazmine.

Funeral services will be held 1 PM Friday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Danny Henson officiating.
