Tina Unversaw

Ernestine Lee Unversaw 55, of Ringgold passed away Sunday, February 16, 2020 peacefully at home with her family by her side. She was a life-long resident of Ringgold and a member of the New Liberty Baptist Church. Tina has been retired for the past 10 years to become a stay at home Nanny. She was preceded in death by her father, Ernest Deakins.

Survivors are her loving husband of 37 years, Matthew Lee Unversaw; mother, Mary Deakins, of Ringgold; son, William (Tasha) Unversaw, Ringgold; daughter, Jennifer (Joshua) Branam, Ooltewah; brother, Glenn (Debbie) Deakins, Ringgold; sisters, Cathy (Harry) Gregory, Soddy-Daisy and Ruthie (Roy) Hadley, Rossville; grandchildren, Brayden, Alex, Gabby, Chance, Ryder, Sawyer; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be 10 AM Friday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Brian Branam officiating. Interment in the New Liberty Cemetery.

The family will receive friends 4-8 PM Thursday at Heritage Funeral Home, Battlefield Parkway.
