Teresa Lee Blaylock, 68, passed away on Monday, July 4th, 2022 in her home in Rossville, GA. She was born on March 5th, 1954, in Chattanooga, Tennessee to Barbara Pankey and Delmer Hall. Teresa was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She loved her kids and grandkids dearly. Teresa received the Holy Ghost on July 23rd 1981. She loved to talk about the Lord, and spent a lot of time in prayer. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her beloved dog, Buttons. She loved the beach and enjoyed all the ocean gave, and went as often as she could.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Ann Pankey; father, Delmer Lee Hall; brother, Marty Dewayne Hall; half-brother, Rodney Stephens; son, Jeffery Kevin King; and her great-granddaughter, Madilynn Jayde Newsom.
Survivors include her daughter, Barbie (Tyler) Cardin; son, Kyle (Mindy) King; sister, Rebecca Nix; half-brother, Ricky Stevens; granddaughters Sabrina (Trevor) Newsom, Lora (Cody) Gilbert, River King, and Rachel Cardin; grandsons Travis King, Ryan King, Vince King, Dodge King, and Oliver Cardin; great granddaughters Kinsley and Natalie Newsom, and Annalee and Arleigh Gilbert; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 2 PM Saturday in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at the Browns Chapel Cemetery, located at 5451 Browntown Rd Chattanooga, TN, 37415.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Friday, July 8th and 12-2 PM Saturday, July 9th at Heritage Funeral Home on Battlefield Parkway.
