Sharon Rose Kirkland

Sharon Rose Kirkland, 60, of Ringgold passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2020. She was a life-long resident of the North Georgia area and was of the Baptist faith. Miss Kirkland was a 1978 graduate of Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe High School. She was a Senior Plan Automation Analyst at Unum Provident for many years.

She was preceded in death by her father, Rhodes Kirkland;  mother, Mable Kirkland and brother, J.T. Ogle.

Survivors include her sister, Connie Kirkland; sister-in-law, Emily Chasteen; nephew, Jason Ogle; aunts, Minnie Bicknell and Gaye Kirkland; cousins, Johnny Kirland and Eddie Kirkland; along with all other family and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 1 PM Tuesday with Rev. Wayman Chambers officiating at Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.
