Ronald Spence

Ronald Stanley Spence, 76, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 27th, 2019.  He was at home on his beloved farm at the foot of Lookout Mountain, in Chickamauga, GA, surrounded by his loving family.  Considered to be a modern-day “Renaissance Man” by his family and friends, Ronald had a wide range of interests, from farming to cooking, but none of these interests could compete with his love of fishing, except perhaps spending time with his five grandchildren. 

Mr. Spence is survived by his wife of 56 years, Linda Carol Spence, his sons Steve and Barry Spence, his daughter, Paula Hise, and sisters Charlotte Brookshire and Jeanette Carver. 

A memorial service celebrating the life of Ronald Spence will take place Sunday, 2 PM, in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Ronnie Millican officiating.
