Rita Ann Patrick

Rita Ann Patrick, 55, of Fort Oglethorpe, died February 15, 2021 in a local hospital. She was born in Los Angeles, CA May 13, 1965. She had been employed with CHI Memorial, Hamilton Medical Center, Parkridge Hospital, and Hutcheson Medical Center, where she served as an RN. Rita had a bubbly personality and a lovely smile that she enjoyed sharing with everyone she met. She enjoyed science fiction, online gaming, and chatting on Facebook.
 
Survivors include her parents Rodney and Jean Sweeten of Cleveland, TN, children Tanner Patrick of Macon, GA and Adam Patrick of Fort Oglethorpe, Ex-husband and caregiver Daren Patrick, brother Chris (Shelli) Sweeten of Chattanooga, TN, sisters Jennifer (John) Freeland of Cleveland, TN and Lana Duff of Fort Oglethorpe, and Uncle Wayne (Karen) Alvin of St. Augustine, FL.
