Phoune Syharath, 68 yrs. old of Ringgold, GA passed away on November 13, 2023. He was born in Savannakhet, Laos on January 1, 1955. He was survived by his wife Vang Syharath; daughter, Ling (David) Suttles of Chattanooga, TN; sister, Houng Syharath Thepsary of Chattanooga, TN; nephew, Sisay (Alivone) Thepsary of San Diego, CA; nieces, Nouphay (Joon) Kim of Murfreesboro, TN, Sivilay (LaColis) Robertson of Murfreesboro, TN, and Mary (Pongty) Chanthavong of Daytona Beach, FL. Grandchildren, Ava and Dylan; 10 great-nieces and great-nephews.

Funeral service will be held at Heritage Funeral Home & Crematory in Fort Oglethorpe, GA. Service will be on Monday, November 20, 2023 at 12:00 PM.
