Peggy Frazier Duke, 85, of Rossville, passed away Saturday, April 25, 2020. Peggy was born May 14, 1934, in Cleveland, TN to the late William and Frances Frazier. In 1954 she married the love of her life, Bill Duke, and they resided in the north Georgia community. Their first home was in the historic John Ross house in Rossville. Bill’s job with Combustion Engineering carried their family to Connecticut before moving back to Rossville 36 years later. Peggy worked for Hallmark Cards Inc. for 31 years in customer service and traffic management. She was a member of Fairview Methodist Church.
Peggy is survived by her husband of 65 years, Bill Duke; daughter, Billie Jeanne Duke, Alpharetta; and brother, Tommy Frazier, Charleston, TN, and Robert Lynn Frazier, Box Spring, GA. She is preceded in death by her brothers, Ronald Frazier and James Frazier, and sister, JoAnn Atchley.
A private family graveside service will be held at Chattanooga National Cemetery, to honor and celebrate the life of Peggy Duke with Pastor Steve Huff officiating.
