Ollie Mae Holder Ritchie

Ollie Mae Holder Ritchie, 81, of Chickamauga, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 20, 2019.  Ollie was born December 13, 1937, in Dade County, to the late Willis and Bessie Holder.  She was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga, North Georgia area and was of the Baptist faith.  Ollie worked at the Chattanooga Bakery and retired from Farley’s and Sathers Candy Company.  She is preceded in death by brothers Richard Lee Holder, Sherrill Edward Holder, Sherman Holder,  Eugene Holder, and sisters, Allison Fritz, Clara Walden, and Edna Scarbrough.

Ollie is survived by her daughter, Angela (Merv) Ritchie McDonald, Chickamauga; sister, Virginia Freels and Mary Jo Grant; and grandsons, Bradley and Joshua McDonald, Chickamauga.

Funeral services celebrating the life of Ollie Mae will take place 2 PM, Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Mr. Ernie Ellis officiating.  Interment will be at Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.
