Michael “Mike” Salvitore Mirabella, 78, of Rossville, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 18, 2019. Mike was born November 21, 1940 to the late Salvitore and Dolly Mirabella in Chattanooga, TN. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines and had attended St. Gerard Catholic Church. Mike was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was well loved by friends and family. Mike was preceded in death by his wife of 38 years, Glenda Stansell Mirabella, and sister, Santa DeCastro Penn.
Survivors are his son, Todd (Shannon) Mirabella, Ringgold, Michael II (Carole) Mirabella, Chattanooga; sisters, Rose Gabor, Tampa, Fl, Anne O’Brien, Mobile, Al; brother, Charlie Mirabella, Denver, Co; sister-in-law, Diane Thomas, Rossville, grandchildren, Elijah, Gabrielle, Nicholas, Hope, and Connor Mirabella; and nephew, Tyler (Hallie) Stansell, Ringgold.
Services celebrating the life of Mr. Mirabella will take place 11 AM, Friday, June 28, 2019 in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Tony Walliser. Interment will be in Tennessee Georgia Memorial Park with military honors provided by the U.S. Marines.
