Mary "Pat" Elizabeth Hunt

Mary Elizabeth "Pat" Hunt, 86, of Chickamauga passed away Saturday, November 27, 2021. Pat was born May 8th, 1935 to the late William Baker and Jennie Ruth Harris. She was a lifelong resident of the North Georgia area and member of Fort Oglethorpe Church of Christ. She loved the Lord and taking care of those in need. She served as a volunteer for Hospice for many years and later as a caretaker.

She is preceded by her loving husband of 49 years, Mack Hunt Sr.

Survivors include her sons Hal (Cindy) Hunt, Tom Hunt, Chris (Fonda) Hunt and Aaron Hunt; grandchildren, Adam (Samantha) Hunt, Jennifer Hunt, Beth Hunt, Lauren (Justin) Badgett and Taylor Hunt; great-granddaughter, Elliott Badgett; siblings, Betty Dafron, Dorothy (Johnny) Longwith, William “Sonny” Harris, Billie Watkins and Wilma Carroll.

Funeral services will be 2 PM, Monday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Jack James and Minister Mitch Robison officiating. Interment will follow at Tennessee Georgia Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Chattanooga or charity of your choice.
