Mary "Ann" Schmitt

Mary Ann Schmitt, 85, of Ringgold went home to be with the Lord Monday, March 5, 2018. She has lived in Ringgold for 48 years, and was an active member of Ringgold First Baptist Church, where she served as church secretary for many years.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband CJ Schmitt.

She is survived by her son Clint (Colleen) Schmitt of Ooltewah, daughters Varen (Mike) Thacker of Ringgold and Vonya (Dan) Drinnon of Ooltewah, five grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held 3 PM Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Dan Whittaker and Reverend Eric Kennedy officiating.
