Mary Ellen Gowan, 67, of Ringgold passed away Wednesday February 7, 2018 at her home. She was a member of Crosspointe Church. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Woffard and Winnie Thrift.

Survivors include her loving husband of 51 years, Bill Gowan; son, Anthony Gowan; daughter, Heather Bailey; a brother; two sisters; and grandchildren, Emily Bailey, Tyler Bailey and Jimmy Horne.

Funeral services will be held 9 AM  Friday at the funeral home chapel with Pastor Ron Tankersley officiating. Interment will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
