Martha Jane Kent

Martha J. Kent, 79, of Fort Oglethorpe, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, February 23, 2021. She was a native of Pickens County, GA and was of the Presbyterian faith. Martha had worked for Northwest Georgia Driver Class Program as Secretary for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents John and Fannie Kent, Dub and Faye, and a grandson Cameron Tyler.

Survivors are brother Bud Kent, daughter Maria (Mike) Zglinicki, grandchildren Amber, Andrew, and Phillip Thomas.

There will be a memorial service held at a later date. Interment was held in East View Cemetery, Adairsville, GA.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
