Luanna Jean (Warnock) Knight

Luanna Jean (Warnock) Knight, 89, of Rossville Ga went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday November 6th, 2023.

Luanna was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in East Ridge. Mrs. Knight was a Catoosa County school bus driver for 36 years. She was well known in her community for keeping score at the LFO High School basketball games during her years as a bus driver.  Luanna was an avid NASCAR fan, who loved to attend or watch races every chance she could. She loved to watch her children and grandchildren play sports, she rarely missed a game. You could find her at the softball fields either keeping score or watching. Known by many as Mrs. Knight, Red or Nanny, she was loved by all who knew her.

Luanna was preceded in death by her husband, JC Knight; parents, Guy Donald and Cora Louise Warnock sisters, Donette Gorman and Marcella Alexander and granddaughter Heather Wright.

Survivors include her daughters, Cheri (Butch) Carver, Karen (Dean) Feinauer, Susan (Mark) Furgal; grandchildren, Lora (Timmy) Feinauer, Bryan Feinauer, Jordan (Dylan) Voiles; great-granddaughters, Jacey Harper, Avah Jones and Kora Voiles; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM Tuesday, November 14th in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Chris Peponis officiating. Interment will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery in Jasper, TN.

The family will receive friends 4-8 PM Monday, November 13th and 11-1:30 PM prior to the service on Tuesday at Heritage Funeral Home, Battlefield Parkway.
