Louise Duke

Lillie “Louise” Duke, 87, of Rock Spring, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, September 13, 2020.  Louise was born November 14, 1932 in Chattanooga, TN to the late Charlie H. Burkhart and Lillie Mae Honeycutt Burkhart.  She had been a member of Crosspointe Community Church.  Louise was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Lehmon “Chuck” L. Duke. 

Mrs. Duke is survived by, sons James R. (Rachel) Duke, Rock Spring, Doyal Dean Duke, Rock Spring, and Matthew R. Holbrook, Chattanooga, daughter Sherian D. Holbrook, Rock Spring, brother, Charles Burkhart, 8 grandchildren, many great and great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services celebrating the life of Louise Duke will take place Wednesday,1 PM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Ron Tankersley officiating. Interment will be at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
