Lidabell (Thompson) Beagles

Lidabell Thompson Beagles, 99, of Lafayette went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at her home. She was a life-long resident of the Chattanooga/North Georgia area. She was of the Christian faith. Mrs. Beagles loved bluegrass music and enjoyed playing the mandolin.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Tom Beagles and her six brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her son, Steve (Ginger) Slack; grandchildren, Chip (Teresa) Slack; great-grandchildren, Jennifer (Tom) Kizziah and Jessica (Jeffrey) Roach; great-great grandchildren, Will, Jared, Eva Sue and Lidabell Ivy-Jo.

Funeral services will be held 1 PM Thursday with Rev. Sam Barrett officiating. Interment will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
