Leo Green, 89, of East Ridge, went home to be with the Lord Friday, March 19, 2021. Leo was one of the first members at Rossville Nazarene and served as their organist for over 30 years. He was currently a member at the Battlefield Church of the Nazarene, and has been a well-known organist and pianist in the area throughout the years. He was also a well-known furniture salesman.
Survivors include his sister Velma Lorena Privett, nieces Diane Kidd, Sonia Tate and Susan Morgan; nephews Jerry Privett and Greg Roberts, great-nieces Tina Taylor and Lisa Locke, multiple great-great nieces and nephews and several great-great-great nieces and nephews whom he considered his grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held 11 AM Monday at Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park with Rev. Joe Brown officiating.
