Larry Eugene Barton

Larry Eugene Barton, 77, of Rossville passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2022. He was retired from Dixie Yarns after over 40 years or service. Larry was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and enjoyed watching NASCAR and playing golf.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Brenda and sister, Wanda Sue Ricketts.

Survivors include his loving wife of 17 years, Karen Barton; son, Brent (Tia) Barton; grandson, Zach Barton; step-daughter, Kim Ellison, step-son, Eddie White, step-granddaughters, Skye (Ritchie) Asher and Ashlyn Cordell, Amber Chaffin, and Chelsea Carroll; siblings, Glen (Norma) Barton, Carolyn (Leon) Babb, Steve (Darlene) Barton, Sherry Phillips, Roger (April) Barton, Pam Carter and Dale (Kim) Barton; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, Dec 6 1-4 PM, at Lookout Valley Baptist Church 23 Lilac Ave. Chattanooga, TN 37419.

Arrangements are by Heritage Funeral Home & Crematory, Battlefield Parkway.
