Kathleen McKaig Haun

Kathleen McKaig Haun, 87, passed into the gates of Heaven on Monday, February 10, 2020. She loved her Thursday Ladies Bible Study, working in her yard and made friends everywhere she went. We always said that mom would talk to anyone. Kathleen was currently a member of Spring Creek Road Church of God and looked forward to seeing her church family each Sunday.

Those who have gone before are her mom and dad, Mattie and Hugh McKaig, brother, Clyde McKaig and nephew, David McKaig.

After 69 years of marriage, she enjoyed each day with her husband, Charles as they traveled through all 50 states. She enjoyed being mom to her three daughters: Nancy Trewhitt, Dianne (Richard) Moore and Rhonda (Danny) Holt. She also enjoyed being Mamaw to her four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Kathleen was aunt to nephew, Jeff (Debbie) McKaig and enjoyed evening phone chats with brother-in-law, James (Wilma) Haun. She also leaves a host of other relatives.

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Bennie Mills officiating. Interment in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
