Joyce "Libby" Taylor

Joyce "Libby" Arp Taylor, 92, passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2023. She lived most of her life in Alexandria, Virginia where she worked for the city of Alexandria. 

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Julius Burson Taylor.

Survivors include her son, Bill (Rita) Taylor; sister, Nell Carico; grandchildren, Nicolette and Michael Drake; and nephews, Kip Carico and Lynn Carico.

A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Keith McLeod officiating.
