Joy Marie Reid

Joy Marie Reid, 80, of Ringgold went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. She was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee on December 10, 1942 to the late John and Catherine Haddock. She had been a member at Del Ray Baptist Church and was a hairstylist at JC Penney for 45 years. Ms. Reid loved to sing karaoke and enjoying going on walks.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Jennifer Reid and her brothers, Roy Haddock and Jackie Haddock.

Survivors include her son, David (Renea) Harrison; daughter, Karen (Phillip) Etherton; grandchildren, Zachary Harrison, Draven Harrison, Austin Brown and Greyson Brown; and great-grandchildren, Kyler and Kyson Harrison.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday in the funeral home chapel. 

The family will recieve friends 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM Saturday at Heritage Funeral Home & Crematory, Battlefield Parkway
