John H. Jenkins

     John H. Jenkins, 80, of Rossville, died Monday, March 12, 2018, in a local hospital.  He was a Deacon and Member of Del Ray Baptist Church, and was the founder of Jenkins Buffet in 1992.

     He is survived by two daughters:  Linda Gail Newman, Ringgold, and Teresa Sugerik, Ft. Oglethorpre, and six grandchildren:  Jason Jenkins, Steve Thurman, Jr. Terra Sparks, Phil Byas, Melissa Lowery, and Johnna Daugherty, and 12 great-grandchildren.

      Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Andrew Plisko officiating.  Entombment will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.

     The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Thursday at Heritage Funeral Home, Battlefield Parkway.
