Jeane Churchwell

Jeane Churchwell, 85, of Fort Oglethorpe went home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 20, 2020. She was a life-long resident of Fort Oglethorpe and was of the Methodist faith. Mrs. Churchwell was retired from the Rossville Middle School Cafeteria.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Edward “Chuck” Churchwell and daughter, Terrye Lynn Farr.

Survivors include her son, Mike (Shelly) Churchwell; daughter, Lisa (Scott) Cummings; son-in-law, Bobby Farr; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A special thanks to Tapestry Hospice and the staff at Rosewood Assisted Living for their care, kindness and compassion over the last few years.

Interment will be in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
