Jean Scoggins

Jean Scoggins, 78, of Ringgold went home to be with the Lord Wednesday July 4, 2018. She was a lifelong resident of the North Georgia area. Jean was saved at 12 years old at Alton Park Baptist Church, then later attended the East Ridge Baptist Church and in 1965, became a member of Boynton Baptist Church. Jean worked in the medical profession.

Jean was preceded in death by her loving husband James Scoggins and Brother Lieutenant Colonel Thomas Miller.

She is survived by sons Timothy (Daphney) Scoggins of Chickamauga and David (Fiancé Betty Prince) Scoggins of Rossville, grandchildren Brian (Meg) Scoggins, Holly Wilson, and Nick Scoggins. 

Funeral services will be held 3 PM Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Keith McLeod and Brother Jimmy Hutto officiating.
