Janet (Hawkins) Lowry

Janet Hawkins Lowry, 68, of Rossville passed away Friday, January 25, 2019 at her home. Born in Atlanta, GA, she had been a resident of the North Georgia area for the past 51 years and a member of Hickory Valley Community Church where she was a Sunday School Teacher. Mrs. Lowry enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Dora Hawkins.

Survivors include her loving husband of 48 years, Wayne Lowry; daughters, Lori Lowry and Emily Lowry; son, Clift (Teri) Crysel; sister, Malor Cheatham; grandchildren, Logan Lowry, Caiden Crysel, Parker Crysel; along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 2 PM,  Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Eric Washburn officiating. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.
