Hilda Mae Covington Price 94 left to be with the Lord after a full life, peacefully on 12/31/20. She was born to Lewis C. Covington and Linda Winchell Rollins on 1/9/1926 in Spotsylvania, VA. She graduated with honors from Spotsylvania High School. After moving to Chattanooga, TN in 1943 with her husband Hubert F. Price she began a career as a loan originator prior to a lengthy stint as a buyer/sales representative for Loveman's/Belk before retirement.

She is survived by children Debbie Price Miller and Frank Price, 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren along with sister Doris Kyle, brothers Michael Covington and James Rollins. Hilda was predeceased by her parents, husband Hubert F. Price, longtime companion Frank Dillard, siblings Joyce Jones, Clyde and Albert Covington. Arrangements provided by Heritage Funeral Home-Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30742. Services to be determined.
