Helen Lenora Wrape

Helen Lenora Madaris Wrape, 81, of Flintstone, passed away Thursday, September 3, 2020. Helen was born January 15, 1939 to the late James Rufus and Emma Lucille Madaris in Flintstone, GA. She lived in Texas a number of years before moving back to Flintstone. She was a homemaker and of the Church of Christ Faith. She was an avid reader, enjoyed gardening, fishing and spending time with her loving grandchildren.
 
Survivors include her daughters Camille Dodd of Eagleville, TN Crystal Gibson of Flintstone, GA, Cindy Peters of Caldwell, TX, and Felicia Flores of Magnolia, TX, son Joseph “Joe” Earl Wrape, Jr. of Arlington, TX, sister Gracie Morton of Ringgold, GA, eight grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
 
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years Joseph Wrape and granddaughter, Emily Amber Newman.
 
Memorial services will be private.
 
Interment in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.
