Harold LaBron Crabtree

Harold LaBron Crabtree, 80, of Ringgold, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, March 1, 2023. He was born October 26, 1942 to the late Floyd and Bessie Crabtree. He was a graduate of Rossville High School class of 1960. Harold was a lifelong resident of the North Georgia area and a member of Fairview Baptist Church. He was a conductor at the Incline Railway for more than 30 years. Harold loved gospel music, and he played guitar and harmonica. He also collected antiques and was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan.

Harold was preceded in death by his loving wife of 60 years, Doris Crabtree, son Brent Crabtree, and brothers Norman Crabtree and Noel Dewayne Crabtree.

Survivors include daughter Cherie (Tommy) Hedrick, daughter-in-law Karen Crabtree, sister Brenda (Steve) Smith, sister-in-law Judy (Earl) Weathers, grandchildren Haleigh Hedrick, Tiffany (Jae) Snow, April (Brandon) Lentz, Stephanie (Perry) Earnhardt, Stacey (Rex) Sexton, Stephen (Angel) Bradshaw, and several great-grandchildren, and lifelong friends Steve Smith, Lyla Cleveland, Cathy Harper, and Eva Meldrum.

Funeral services will be held 2 PM Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Stephen Bradshaw officiating. Entombment will be in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.
