George Luther Taylor, 71, of Ringgold, died Monday, May 8, 2017 at his residence.  He was of the Baptist Faith, and was a US Army Vietnam Veteran.  He is survived by his wife:  Patricia Taylor, Ringgold, and 2 sons:  James Taylor, Ringgold, and Jerry Don Taylor, Chattanooga;  a brother:  Ricky Taylor, Rossville, and a sister-in-law:  Beverly Roe, Ringgold.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, 1 PM with Pastor Gary Moore officiating at Heritage Funeral Home, Battlefield Parkway. Interment will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery with Military Honors.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Paralyzed Veterans of America, 7 Mill Brook Road, Wilton, NH 03086.

The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Thursday at Heritage Funeral Home & Crematory,  Ft. Oglethorpe, GA.
