Edith Haggard

Kathleen Edith Haggard, 81, of Ringgold, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, September 3, 2020. She was a resident of East Brainerd for 25 years, and a resident of South Pittsburg for 25 years. Edith retired from AT&T. She enjoyed reading, gardening, and painting. She was a lover of all animals.

Edith was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Jimmy Dale Haggard and infant son, Jimmie Dale Haggard Jr.

Survivors include her daughters Carla (Danny) Sandlin of Tracy City, TN, Cathy (Raymond) Kerley of Ringgold, and Karen (Jim) Davis of Ringgold, brother John (Miko) Heiser of Hampton, VA, sisters Marion (Bill) Lester of St. Petersburg, FL and Edna (Curtis) Faulk of Phoenix, AZ, grandchildren Candice (Curtis) Dyers, Caitlin Kerley, and Kris (Jessica) Davis, great-grandchild Dasia Ware, and her dog Daisy.
