Eden Kathleen Jeanneane Muina, age 20, gained her wings on September 12, 2021. Eden was born on August 6th, 2001 to her loving parents John and Paula Muina and brother, Nolan. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Kathleen Muina. She is survived by her parents and brother, maternal grandparents, Paul and Jean Hobbs of McMinnville, TN, Paternal Grandparent Antonio Muina. Aunts: Tammy Jones (Dwight) of McMinnville, TN, Tonia Farmer of McMinnville, TN, Christy Summerhill (Glenn) of Berowra Heights, Australia, Ingrid Andrews (Wayne) of Lynn Haven, FL, Adria Muina of Wewahitchka, FL, and Lilia Muina of PCB, FL, Uncles: Tony Muina (Laura) of Wewahitchka, FL, Sigfrid Muina (Mitzi), and Christopher Muina (Melissa), Cousins: Tori Smith, Spenser Hill, Lane Jones, Jake Jones, Kell Farmer, Callie and Henry Summerhill, Emmalee Smith, Chaise Miller, Paulina Mitchell and Andrew Cabezas.

Eden was the 2020 Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe High School Valedictorian and a member of the 2019 and 2020 LFO High School Academic Decathlon State Champions. Eden received a scholarship to Berry College to pursue a degree in Environmental Studies. Her love of the earth was shown in her participation in protests and rallies to increase awareness of the abuse and depletion of our planet's natural resources. She was an avid animal lover who loved horseback riding, and competed in the IEA for her team from Saddle Rock Farm. Eden was an amazing artist and her talent was apparent in everything she created; including her writings and artwork. Eden participated in the Trailblazer Challenge in 2017 and 2018 where she completed a 27 mile hike, raising $2,200 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Most of all, Eden loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them above any other.

Funeral services will be held 1 PM Saturday in the funeral home chapel.
