William Edward Fleming, 75, of Rock Spring passed away May 11, 2022. Ed was born September 12, 1946 in Chickamauga, GA to the late Elston and Margaret Sims Fleming. He was a lifelong resident of the North Georgia area and member of Woodland Park Baptist Church. He retired from Combustion after 30 years of service as a welder and then began working with the Forgotten Children’s Ministry. Ed served his community on the Rossville City Council, as deacon and as a Sunday School Teacher for Woodland Park Baptist Church. He enjoyed coaching little league and the church softball teams.
He is preceded by his loving wife, Mary Ann Fleming; brother, Fred Fleming.
Survivors include his daughters, Kimberly (Kip) Klein and Angela Fleming; grandchildren, John and Jacob Klein; sister in laws, nieces and nephews survive.
Graveside services will be 2 PM, Monday at Tennessee Georgia Memorial Park with Rev. Larry Frick.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Missions Projects at Woodland Park Baptist Church.
