Donald Weaver

Donald Melvan Weaver, 77, of Ringgold went home to be with the Lord Sunday, May 26, 2019. He was born in Struthers, Ohio on November 3, 1941. He was a lifelong resident of the North Georgia area and a member of the Church of Christ. Mr. Weaver is retired from the printing business. He was a member of the Back Porch Bluegrass Band where he played the guitar, mandolin and stand up bass. The only thing he loved more than beekeeping and gardening was spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Cotes Melvan and Myrtle Stanley Weaver; brother, Jarrel Weaver

Survivors include his loving wife of 54 years, Elizabeth Weaver; daughter, Tammy (Corey) Stoker of Chickamauga; sons, Tim Weaver of Ringgold and Andy Weaver of Tunnel Hill; brother, Steve Weaver of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Samantha, Scott, Emily, Bailey and A.J.; great-grandchild, Addie.

Funeral Services will be Thursday at 11 AM in the funeral home chapel with Aaron Stanley officiating. Interment will be at the Stanley Creek Cemetery in Blue Ridge, GA.
