Donald Ray Porter

Porter, Donald Ray– age 61 of Knoxville. Donald stepped into glory Friday, November 23rd, 2018. Donald worked for PepsiCo with 38 yrs. worth of dedicated service. He was a faithful member of Fairview Baptist Church in Corryton. He is preceded in death by his parents, Donald B. Porter and Lynda Gail Porter; brother Dallas Porter; and his wife of 34 years, Sherry Stokes Porter. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 3 years Teresa Rose Porter. He is also survived by his children: daughter, Amanda (Gary) Blakely, grandchildren Hayden and Karson Blakely; son Alex (Amber) Porter; stepson Michael Barnett, grandchildren Kyan and Kyler Barnett; stepson Robert Barnett, grandchild Ashtian Barnett; brother Pete (Hannah) Stokes, nephew and niece Jack and Abbie Stokes; brother Jeff (Trudy) Porter. The family will receive friends 1:00 – 3:00 PM Sunday, November 25th, 2018, at Bridges Funeral Home in Knoxville. The family will also receive friends on Monday, November 26th, 2018 at Heritage Funeral Home in Fort Oglethorpe, GA from 1:00 – 3:00 PM with a service at 3:00 PM with Pastor Jeff LaBorg and Brother Wayne Davis officiating.
