Delores "Jean" (Hart) Stephens

Delores “Jean” Hart Stephens, 87, of Fort Oglethorpe went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 1, 2019. She provided a loving and welcoming home to all family and friends for many years. She was a faithful member of the South 27 LaFayette Church of Christ and her faith was a wonderful example to all that knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Wade and Ruell Hart; sister, June Hart Ottway

Survivors include her loving husband of 66 years, Louis “Mack” Stephens; son, Tim (Lori) Stephens; daughter, Lynda (Art) Stephens Klee; grandchildren, Kayla Stephens, Matthew Stephens and Madeline Klee; niece, Karen Ottway.

Funeral services will be held 11 AM Wednesday at the funeral home chapel with Edward Ledford and Minister Perry Hurst officiating. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.
