Dawn Brown Crean, 58, of Fort Oglethorpe went home to be with the Lord, Friday August 30, 2019. She was born in Dublin Georgia on December 8, 1960 a daughter of the late Billy and Juanita Ballard Brown. Dawn was retired from the housing industry for more than 20 years and was a member of the Battlefield Parkway Church of the Nazarene where she was a member of the Quilting Chicks group. She was an avid lover of cats and contributed to rescue missions helping to care for the cats placed in their care. Mrs. Crean was preceded in death by her loving husband Mike Crean in May of 2008.
Survivors are her daughter Nicole ( Paul ) Gabor of Augusta, GA, brothers Thomas Gregory ( Freida) Brown of Lawrenceville, GA, Charles Jeffrey ( Beth ) Brown of Rossville and Pastor Joe ( Jean ) Brown of Ringgold, and sister Karen Sisson of Cartersville, GA. Two loving granddaughters Alex and Ivory Gabor of Augusta, GA
A Celebration of Life service will be held 11:00 am Tuesday at Battlefield Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Joe Brown officiating.
