David "Craig" Vaughn

David “Craig” Vaughn, 64, of Rossville passed away Monday, April 25th, 2022. Craig was born October 18, 1957 in Fort Oglethorpe, GA to the late James David and Christine Childers Vaughn. He was a lifelong resident of the North Georgia area and of the Christian Faith. He was a graduate of Gordon Lee High School where he was known as "Bones" and had a fast pitch that clocked 99 MPH. He worked at the Lowes in Fort Oglethorpe. Craig enjoyed golfing, baseball and was an avid Tennessee Vols fan. He was a kind Christian gentleman that loved people and was the life of the party.

Survivors include his loving wife of 20 years, Kathy Vaughn; daughter, Amanda (Joey) Woody; step-children, Michael (Misty) Brady and Kathy Jo (Eric) Graef; brother, Tracey Vaughn; 6 grandchildren, Alivia and Ava Woody; Tyler Cornelison, Koda O’Dell, Taylor Brady and Kylee Brady.

Family will receive friends 2-5 PM, Saturday at Heritage Funeral Home & Crematory, Battlefield Parkway.
