Clifford Henry McClain

Clifford Henry McClain, 97, of Rossville went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 9, 2020. A native of Rossville, he was born on October 31, 1922 to the late Benjamin and Jessie McClain. He was of the Baptist faith. Mr. McClain was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in World War II in the South Pacific. He was retired from Hoffman and Son Electric in Long Beach, California.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Mildred Seay.

Survivors include his loving wife, Mary Broome McClain; son, Alan Dale McClain of Lake Forest, CA; step-son, Mike Broome of Chickamauga; sister, Wilma Guest of Rock Spring; and grandchildren, Ryan and Katie McClain.

Funeral services will be 9:30 AM Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Keith McLeod officiating. Interment will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
