Charles Allen “Al” Lusk, 62, of Rossville went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. He was born on January 2, 1961, a son of the late Charles and Patricia Lusk. Al was a 1979 graduate of LFO High School and was a member of the Rossville Church of Christ, the Pipe Fitters Local #43, the Rossville Masonic Lodge #397 F&AM and the Alhambra Shrine. He loved to play football and watch the Georgia Bulldogs. Mr. Lusk enjoyed spending time at the beach, the mountains and liked to go fishing. Al was a Civil War enthusiast, participating in the re-enactments and just enjoyed history. He loved to play music; Al could play nearly any instrument and never met a stranger. He was a volunteer for the Fort Oglethorpe Fire Department.
 
He was preceded in death by his step-son, Troy Tarpley.
 
Survivors include his loving wife of 33 years, Doris Lusk; daughter, Heather (Patrick Shutting) Lusk Shutting; brother, Clark (Michelle) Lusk; sisters, Brooke (Shane) Stanfill and Kim (Mike) Hardeman; and grandchildren, Hailie Harvey, Brayden Harvey, Kara Armstrong, David Armstrong and Skylar Potter.
 
A memorial service will be held Sunday April 16th at 1:00 PM in The Rossville Chrurch Of Christ, McFarland Ave. Rossville, GA 
 
Arrangements are by Heritage Funeral Home & Crematory, Battlefield Parkway.
