Charles Edward Osbourn

Charles Edward Osbourn, 89, of Rock Spring passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 surrounded by his family at his home. He was born on July 19, 1932 in Fort Payne, Alabama to the late Thurman and Thelma Osbourn. Mr. Osbourn was a veteran in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He was retired from Velsicol Chemical after 40 years. He enjoyed trout fishing, duck hunting and being in the mountains.
 
Survivors include his loving wife of 32 years, Wanda Osbourn; sons, Tony Osbourn and Michael (Paige) Osbourn; daughter, Carol (Tim) Dodd; sister, Helen Ashley; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
 
Funeral services will be held at 3 PM Sunday in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be 11 AM Monday at Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors.
