Charles Edward Marr Sr.

Charles Edward Marr Sr, 87, of Rossville, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, June 29, 2020.  Charles was born September 16, 1932, in Chattanooga to the late O.N. and Mary Marr.  He was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga, North Georgia area and member of Chattanooga Valley Presbyterian Church.  Charles retired from Aztec Industries.  His favorite thing in life was his family and sharing time with them.

He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Anna Marr; sons, David (Anne) Marr, Rossville, and Charlie (Denise) Marr of East Ridge; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Christopher, Emily, and Whitney; and 8 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will take place 11 am, Thursday, at Tennessee Georgia Memorial Park with Pastor Dennis Louis and Pastor Dan Gilchrist officiating.  Pallbearers will be the elders and deacons of Chattanooga Valley Presbyterian Church.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Chattanooga Valley Presbyterian Church Mission Fund.
