Bobby Gerald Crowe, 88, of Ringgold passed away peacefully at home Monday, February 17, 2020. Bobby was born January 11, 1932 in Ringgold to the late Ellie and Nellie Carlock Crowe. He was a lifelong resident of the Catoosa County and member of Burning Bush Baptist Church where he served as deacon, brotherhood director and Sunday School Director. He was a member of the Ringgold Kiwanis Club. He worked as a machinist for Combustion Engineering where he retired after 18 years of service then worked with Brock and Blevins and after that continued to work as owner and operator of Catoosa Fabricators and Eastern States Machine.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 70 years Doris Crowe; brothers, William, Waymon, J.D., Mansel and Donald Crowe; brother-in-law, Don Patterson, and sisters Stella Crowe Phillips and Betty Crowe Crane.
Survivors include his sons, Rodney (Sherry) Crowe and Glen (Cherise) Crowe; daughter, Sheila (Tommy) Kelley; grandchildren, Russell Crowe, Rhonda Crowe Butler, Stephen Kelley, Traci Kelley Black, Kimberly Crowe Flegal and Andrew Crowe; 9 great grandchildren; brother Houston Crowe; brother-in-law, Bob Patterson.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Burning Bush Baptist Church with Pastor Dennis McNulty, Grady Smith and Colin Crosen officiating.
