Betty C. Ryon, 68, of Chattanooga, died Monday in a local hospital.  She was a secretary at American General Life Insurance, retiring after 25 years of Service.     A dedicated caregiver to her family, she loved joking around with her family, and visiting with her granddaughter, and enjoyed vacations and mystery novels. She is survived by a daughter:  Angie (Steve) Benson, Chickamauga;  a sister:  Mary Benson, Chattanooga, and a granddaughter:  Jasmine .
