Angel Michelle Griffey Moore, 44 of Chickamauga passed away Thursday, December 21, 2017. She was a life-long resident of the North Georgia area and was a member of Peavine Baptist Church. She was a 1992 graduate of Gordon-Lee High School. Angela was very active in North Georgia softball and youth sports.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Opal Griffey and Eddie and Betty Edmondson.

Survivors include her husband, Donnie Moore; father, John E. Griffey, Jr.; mother, Jackie Edmondson Griffey; sons, Hayden, Harrison, Jackson and Griffin; daughter, Karsyn; brother, John E. Griffey, III; niece, Alexis and nephew, Samuel.

Funeral services will be 2 PM Thursday at the funeral home chapel with Pastor Tony Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.
