Tribute

Amelia Lopez Ibanez, 71, of LaFayette, GA was called by Our Heavenly Father on Thursday, August 20, 2020 to tend the flowers in Heaven. Amelia was born January 4, 1949 in Oaxaca Mexico to the late Lucia and Martin Lopez. Amelia was a great cook and enjoyed having all of her kids and grandchildren over for a good meal. Amelia loved her kids, and enjoyed taking care of her grandkids. Her home was always filled with family and flowers. She also enjoyed gardening and spent a lot of time in her yard.

Amelia is survived by her husband Cirilo Ibanez, children Luis Ibanez (Beth), Miriam McDaniel (Phil), Eduardo Ibanez (Ronda) and Gabriel Ibanez; four grandchildren, Matthew McDaniel, Sophie McDaniel, Olivia Ibanez and Luis Ibanez.

A private celebration of life will be held at a future date.
