Thelma Hobbs Morgan, 94, of Fort Oglethorpe, went home to be with the Lord, January 9, 2018.  Thelma was born in Eastland, TN in 1923 to the late Arvil Lee Hobbs and Ruth Hobbs Sullivan and had lived in the North Georgia area since 1952.  She was a member of North Terrace church of Christ and loved sharing time with her family.  She is preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Horace Morgan; daughter, Nola Delane Morgan; brother, Harold Hobbs; and sister, Nola Ellis.

She is survived by her son, Gary (Karen) Morgan, Rossville; daughter, Linda Morgan Cook, Ft. Oglethorpe; brother, Randall Sullivan, Chattanooga; sister, Frankie Lewis, Jasper, TN; 4 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 11 AM, in the funeral home chapel with ministers John Cupp, Charlie Brackett, and Perry Hurst officiating.  Interment will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.
