Jay, My heart was broken when reading Buddy's obituary! I so intended to be at visitation, but I have some type of virus that no one else needs. Please know I care and I plan to be in touch with you later. Maybe I can share with you and hug you and give you the opportunity to talk to someone who has been down that road of being a widow! I am so sorry to hear that one of my dearest friends has left this earth for our Heavenly Fathers House. He will be missed not only for his ability as one of the best mechanical technicians that I knew, but for his friendship that I feel so blessed to have known. Our void here on earth is Heavens Gain, and he will be missed every day!

I can only say what so many have said before Me. Buddy was one of the finest Men I have ever known. I came to know and admire Him every Wednesday on My Uniform Route for 28 years. He always greeted Me with a smile and some words no mater how busy He was. I never heard anyone at Lee-Smith have anything but love and respect for the Man. Buddy was in my opinion if You did not like Him there was something wrong with You. He always treated everyone like He wanted to be treated..
